Corporate Responsibility

Aiming at the constant improvement of our processes and based on the importance of the role of the industry within the socio-environmental context of the region in which it operates, La Rondine is committed to the adequacy of its management system in relation to the RBA Code - Responsible Business Alliance. This code covers 5 areas within the organization: Work, Health and Safety, Environment, Management System and Ethics.

The purpose of the code is to guarantee the improvement of the work environment and contribute to the reduction of environmental impacts in the electronic industry chain, as well as to seek to achieve a commitment to social responsibility. In this way, it is an important tool of corporate responsibility in the search for sustainability.

DECLARATION ON CONFLICT MINERALS

La Rondine is committed to legal compliance and ethics in all of its business practices. Supports the goal of ending violence and human rights violations associated with the mining of gold and tin, tantalum and tungsten ("conflict minerals") that can finance or benefit armed groups in the Democratic Republic of Congo or an adjacent direct country or indirectly, from any source. It is La Rondine's requirement that suppliers fail to provide any products in which they can not certify them as "free from DRC conflict" in accordance with the meaning of the Conflict Minerals Rules.

La Rondine requests that its suppliers establish their own audit program to ensure a supply chain that results in products that are "DRC-free".
